Rhonda Collins MSN, RN

Rhonda Collins, MSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer of Vocera, where she is responsible for working with nursing leaders around the world to increase their understanding of the company’s communication solutions and share clinical best practices and to improve care team workflow and patient care. A registered nurse for 28 years, Rhonda holds a master’s degree in science nursing administration from the University of Texas. After 10 years delivering direct patient care, Rhonda held several leadership positions in hospitals across Texas before entering the healthcare technology industry. As the inspiration for the American Nurse Project, a thought leader and innovator, Rhonda is a frequent speaker on the evolving role of nurses, the importance of communication, and how to use technology to improve care team collaboration and satisfaction.
