Clinical experience with multiple PACS vendors including: Siemens syngo® Imaging Suite, Philips iSite® V.3.6.155, Fuji Synapse®, and RIS vendors: Epic/Radiant®, Meditech ITS, syngo® Workflow V.27.0 and V.28.0, RMS V.26.0 and IDX Imaging Suites 

Acted as a contract consultant for conducting RIS/PACS Integration Workflow Assessments and as a facilitator for Transition Teams and project management throughout US and Canada.

Acted as a management consultant for McFaul and Lyons (subsidiary of Johnson and Johnson) in hospital-wide supply chain expense reduction and standardization programs nationwide and Canada

Acted as Radiology Project Manager on numerous radiology construction projects including new departments/imaging centers, and renovated imaging space re-design. Major re-design projects were located in Ohio, North and South Carolina, and California  

Acted as a contributing editor to the AHRA Guide on Radiology Planning and Design , and was a faculty member of the RSNA Refresher Course:  “Radiology Planning and Design” for five years 

National speaker and educator at RSNA, AHRA, and Healthcare IT on numerous occasions.  Awarded Fellow status of the Association of Imaging Management (AHRA) and Certified Radiology Administrator.  Also, member of Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine

Manager, Accenture – Radiology Subject Matter Expert, Health Sciences Division – Implementation Project Manager and workflow design of Epic Radiant® RIS and McKesson PACS.  Also, Project Manager for Fuji PACS at Sharp Healthcare and Hugh Chatham Hospital

Chief, Imaging Informatics Officer – Mission Hospital, Asheville, NC – Project Manager, implementation of Philips iSite®, multiple RIS vendors, Nuance 360® voice recognition integrations, and numerous clinical software enhancement at six hospitals and nine outpatient imaging facilities.  Also, worked with a major radiology software development firm to design the “first in-kind” radiology multi-modality electronic patient tracking board in the United States.  Also, conducted implementations of Quality Control Technologist module and Critical Results Reporting modules for an enterprise-wide solution quality improvement measures.  Currently, performing due diligence for Image Share “cloud” solution for the Mission Health System and assistance with Meaningful Use Stage 2.
