A high level journey probing the CMIO/CIO working relationship and how Cherokee Nation utilized inexpensive and disposable products to make telemedicine ubiquitous, including direct psychiatric care and the most successful Hepatitis C eradication program in the world. This topic focuses on driving adoption, behavior change, network strategy, and what physicians and patients expect from a virtual service line.
